If I could give 0 stars, I would. We went there in November 2021 to buy a new Honda Accord, as my wife had a newborn baby, and it was time to get a safe, new vehicle. Of course, "due to pandemic and supply shortages, we will order your Accord." Team Honda of Acadiana took a non-refundable $1,000 deposit from me in November to "hold" the Accord that "was going to be built for us", with the promise that this reserved Accord would arrive in January 2022 "at the latest, maybe it will come in December", they said. Well, January came and went. Then February 2022 came and went, and Team Honda of Acadiana is telling my wife and I that the car "Might be here in March 2022." In my 30 years of buying cars, from Toyotas, other Hondas to Lexus, I have never seen such TERRIBLE SERVICE from a Dealership. If you can deal with a different Honda dealer, please do! Honda is a great product, but you must AVOID TEAM HONDA OF ACADIANA! More

I purchased a car from Team Honda a year ago. I was given 2 keys to my car but only 1 of them worked. I alerted my car salesman immediately that the other key wasn’t working & he asked me to not worry about 2 keys to my car but only 1 of them worked. A year later, I misplace my 1st key so I call to get the second key programmed only to find out it was already supposed to be programmed. Because it’s been a year, they won’t cover it and now I’m having to spend more money on something that I brought to my car salesman attention a year ago. Not to mention within a week of having my car, I was having starter issues & when I brought that to the salesman attention, he told me there were no issues.. I told myself maybe it’s because the car’s a push-to-start but no.. it’s the starter! Moral of the story never take anything half-as & always follow your first mind! More
