I purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle at Team Honda a few years back, and this time I went in to look at their 2013 line just as the year was ending. They already had some 2014s on the lot, and this meant some of back, and this time I went in to look at their 2013 line just as the year was ending. I worked with Erich Schnellenberger, he helped me figure out what would work best for myself today, tomorrow and in the long run. He helped me answer questions about the vehicle and how it would benefit my daily life through various circumstances. Erich was extremely patient with me as I asked him every question imaginable. He let me decide on a 2013 Honda Crosstour. The Crosstour is very sleek, and also extremely useful for hauling luggage or cargo. Thank you Erich Schnellenberger and the Team Honda team! More

I gave this rating on Team Honda because they by far have the friendliest service of all dealers that I know of in South Louisiana. The dealers are very friendly, and they go further then the purchaser/selle the friendliest service of all dealers that I know of in South Louisiana. Team Honda - Lindsie Brocker and Patrick LeDuff were very dishonest and possessed an unethical approach to the used car internet business. I communicated directly with Lindsie concerning a Honda Odyssey pos dishonest and possessed an unethical approach to the used car internet business. I communicated directly with Lindsie concerning a Honda Odyssey posted on Ebay. I live about 300 miles from Baton Rouge and addressed my concerns about the distance. Lindsie reassured me that once I validated that I was on the road, "Team Honda" would reserve this particular used Odyssey for me. That under no circumstances would "Team Honda" have a customer drive over 300 miles to purchase a vehicle without making certain that vehicle was available and reserved for their purchase. I met with my loan officer that morning and communicated/confirmed the agreed OTD with Lindsie. Lindsie then spoke with the loan officer and faxed over a Buyers Order. Funding was complete. Before driving over 300 miles, I once again confirmed with Lindsie that the van was reserved for me because I did not want to view any other vehicle but that van. Yes, the van is available and reserved. I even heard her speak with a manager over speaker phone validating this information. Once I arrive at TEAM HONDA, Patrick LeDuff informs me that the van was just sold but they had other vans I could look at for purchase. Unjustifiable, unreasonable, deceptive, unconscionable are a few words to describe this moment. I then expressed my dismay about the turn of events and basically TEAM HONDA shrugged their shoulders. Tommy Goodson spoke with me concerning the matter but no resolution was offered. The van was still at the dealership. Lindsie informed me that it wasn't actually sold but a deal was being worked up on it. Therefore, I could wait and see if it went through. Very deceptive, Lindsie confirmed with me over 7 times that TEAM HONDA would never sell a vehicle out from under an internet customer. UNSCRUPULOUS More
