They SuCK! I recently took my dodge magnum to there dodge dealership/ shop and paid them 600 dollars to replace my crank shaft because that is what they said th I recently took my dodge magnum to there dodge dealership/ shop and paid them 600 dollars to replace my crank shaft because that is what they said the problem was. Well they replaced it and the problem is still there and in order for me to take it back to them I have to pay again! How is that fair that I have to pay again and again because they cant diagnose the car properly and on top of that the car caught on fire so I took the car to them and it took them a week and a half and 1500 dollars later to find the problem and then while the vehicle was in there possession the trunk latch broke and they refuse to fix it unless I paid for it! What the xxxx! I feel like my car is more broken since I took it to them then it was in the first place. And I talked to the manager while a guy named Andrew which I believe he is one of the owners sat in the room and fed me a bunch of crap about how they would look into the broken latch on the trunk which never got done! I will never recommend dodge or Smolich for that matter! I think they mess up your car and try to cover there xxx. I would give them a negative star if I could! More

Very bad buying experience at this dealer. My ex bought a used vehicle (2009 Santa Fe) on the dealers promise this car would get 21 mpg city or better. The only reason she wanted to trade in her 2005 Titan L used vehicle (2009 Santa Fe) on the dealers promise this car would get 21 mpg city or better. The only reason she wanted to trade in her 2005 Titan LE was the gas mileage. The Titan was still a very nice ride but would get 13 mpg city, she needed 20mpg city or better. The Santa Fe turned out to get 15 mpg city and when she complained they were not willing to undo the deal. In the end she had to trade in the Santa Fe for another, better mpg car and lost thousands on the deal. More

Jesse handled the paperwork and made, what could have been a mundane experience, a relatively painless and enjoyable one. We took the car to Honda before we left for a road trip and they gave me a list of things to be done totaling $500. I called the Smolich service department and spoke with Brian, who told to me to bring it in and he would look at it. We looked at the fluids together and I saw that they were clean, he then went above and beyond and answered my many questions with patience and kindness. I drove away feeling happy and confident about our recent purchase. Thank you to a great team! More
