Going through Yolanda and Smolich was a great experience for my wife and I. I initially emailed Smolich to get an idea on a Veloster because I wanted an efficient hatchback for a car. I received an email from Yolanda explaining that they had one of those in stock, but I thought it was a little out of my price range. She then recommended the Accent hatchback and this one was definitely within my price range. I set up an appointment and Yolanda was there to meet us. We were there for about 3 hours overall (which is probably normal for a dealership), but we received a great lease deal for our car. The people here were not pushy at all, they were pleasant to deal with and respectable. It's always gratifying to have a salesman/saleswoman that truly cares about the customer and Yolanda was definitely that.
