Best of the Best!!! I must say I had the GREATEST experience car shopping today with the best Team Superstores (Chevrolet, Auto Mall in Vallejo). The customer service wa I must say I had the GREATEST experience car shopping today with the best Team Superstores (Chevrolet, Auto Mall in Vallejo). The customer service was exceptional from the start of a phone conversation to driving off with my new ride. Rocco and his team, Miguel and Brian, we're the BEST!!! I had gotten pre-approved to finance a car, but with previous negative experience, i.e. Paul Blanco, I was kind of hesitant to take a step towards the purchase of a new car. When I called Team Superstores, Rocco answered the phone and I told him what I was calling for. I was straight with him and said that I didn't want them to waste my time and if I couldn't get straight answers from them I will go somewhere else. He took down all the questions I had and said he will gather the information and will call me back. I kid you not when I say they called me back within 10 minutes. I wasn't even expecting a call back to be honest. Miguel called me and provided me with the information I wanted and I thanked him. The first thing I liked was he wasn't pushy like other sales people. He asked what time I could make it in and said I didn't know and hung up. I wasn't that easy to convince nor showing any intetest, but I took a shot at it and my parents and I made a trip to their location. From the time I stepped grounds at their vicinity til I drove off, the customer service given to my parents and I was exceptional. Miguel was with a client so he introduced me to Brian and assured me that Brian will take care of what I'm looking for. I was a complicated and challenging customer but not once did Brian make me feel any negative vibe or did he complaint. I told him the kind of car I wanted, the monthly payments i was looking for, the down payment I had and I even said I was not going to add more to what I said I was providing as a down payment and lastly, I made him understand that I'm good and eill not hesitate walking away if I didn't get what I wanted. Brian showed me all the different SUV he thought I might be interested in and then I chose from the selection I was given. Took it for a test drive n I fell inlove...but I wast smiling just yet because there were nbr to work on and I wanted to make sure that what I wanted was what I will be walking away with. After careful analyzing, paper works, talking, and negotiating, Rocco, Miguel, snd Brian delivered as promised and even better. I was financed with a car I wanted, they accepted the down payment I offered, and I walked away with the car I chose. I drove off a HAPPY CAMPER and will definitely recommend Team Superstores to all my family and friends. They were professional, friendly, but the best part was their customer service. They didn't act like salesmen, they acted more as friends trying yo help another friend. Rocco, Miguel, and Brian....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP. YOU ALL ROCK....😊😊😊😊😊😊!!!!
