Purchased a lemon 1. 5 yrs ago and have not had any success in receiving and appropriate fix. Brought my brand new EV6 in for my first service, a tire balancing. Even though it was a small item, I was a little concerned about what I would find the first time around with an unfamiliar service depart balancing. Even though it was a small item, I was a little concerned about what I would find the first time around with an unfamiliar service department. Have to say, it was one of my most pleasant service experiences, ever. Chad and Ethan were friendly, accommodating, courteous, and professional. I had a number of questions about my new EV, and they answered them all, fully and patiently. As to the work done: it was accomplished in a timely manner, and with the results I was hoping for (a smoother ride on the highway.) In addition, an inspection was conducted of my vehicle, which included tire tread, brakes and fluid levels, without my having to ask for it, and at no charge. Bottom line: I drove off more than satisfied, and confident that I'll be able to bring my car to Team Kia's service anytime, knowing that both it---and I---will be well taken care of. More

Worst dealership ever!!! I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. If you need an oil change or anything plan on it taking half of your day and they always come up with something else that’s wrong. Like a tiny bulb but they never show you the problem.... so was there a problem?!? I buy a new car every few years but I will never give this dealership my business again. I don’t trust them and I feel like they screw you over every chance they get. I also think it’s funny that you never get a survey call if u have a complaint. More
