I’m always given an estimated time of an hr for an oil change, but last few times I’ve been , it’s always at least 2.5-3 hrs as I am waiting in the waiting room. I asked for no tire rotation, yet on the invoice I see tire rotation, I’m not sure if that’s included in the oil change or if I’m being charged for it. Then when I get in the car and start driving, I felt my hands slightly sticky or grimey feeling, I wiped the steering wheel when I got home, it came out black. I keep my car pretty clean, and it was actually cleaned not too long ago before the oil change. They used to put paper covers in the car, but they stopped doing that last few times. And after waiting for a very long time, they asked me if I wanted to do additional recommended maintenance, which I was not going to wait even longer for anyway. Last few times it has not been a pleasant experience and I’ve been going here since the car was purchased. More
We purchased a new CX-5 and the experience was easy. Tiffany listened to what we were looking for and took the time to show us the two models in which we were interested. Went in for an issue with my electric parking brake and they wanted me to spend an enormous amount of money on other items. Furthermore, getting a new brake, they wanted me to spend another $1500 on a rela they wanted me to spend an enormous amount of money on other items. Furthermore and what really ticked me off was I made an appointment but they didn't begin working on the car till days later.
