The staff was nice but there was not enough staff to provide quality service. I was not happy with the level of service. I took my car in for a diagnostic. It was near New Years so I did not want to provide quality service. I was not happy with the level of service. I took my car in for a diagnostic. It was near New Years so I did not want to leave the car over the holiday. The part arrived the next day on 12/31/25. I called back after the New Year and had to call 4 times just to find out that the part had arrived. I never received a call back. I tried to make an appointment by phone to bring the car back in but I could not get anyone. I left a message and did not get a call back. I had to show up in person just to book an appointment to bring the car back to place the part. This was all given the fact that the part and diagnostic was already paid for. When I came back for the part install everything went smooth but the overall customer service experience (follow up) was terrible. More
