Good afternoon, I am writing to inform that I was not satisfied with the service. I bought my car in for oil change. When I returned to get my car, the rep had all these suggestions for extended ser not satisfied with the service. I bought my car in for oil change. When I returned to get my car, the rep had all these suggestions for extended service which Ifound overwhelming. When I got my car back the car had a strange sound in the fan. I took it back and the rep stated well remember we recommended more service and that the techs were crossed trained and are not proficient with Hyundais. I was shocked and stated it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Nonetheless, they stated they could not find anything wrong, but could charge me to clean out my blower. I said no and I would get second opinion. I went to the dealership they performed a diagnostic and found nothing wrong except a leaf in my blower which probably occurred during the oil change. I was appalled because your rep told me he could charge me to check the blower when I took it back prior to going to dealership. I found this to be suspect. Nonetheless, I will never bring my vehicle back because I felt the rep was trying to get a money grab. The dealership removed it for FREE. Trying to get more money by coming up with more services etc. is bad business. I will leave a review on Yelp, Facebook, and Google. Respectfully, Dissatisfied customer! More
