I queried the dealership via email about the car I was interested in. I was contacted by Sam Amurkhanov within minutes. I requested OTD pricing and he delivered the information I needed. I was happy with the offer he extended and arranged a test drive. The end result is that we bought the car after the test drive. The only negative to the transaction was the length of time it took to complete the sale. The OTD price of the car was established, but we introduced a trade-in at the last minute. Waiting for the F&I session was way too long. We were pitched the extended warrantee as expected, which by the way, was well presented, but we declined to purchase as the value of such insurance is not apparent for a brand-new automobile. would like to document my ongoing concern regarding my Mazda CX-90 steering issue. The dealership previously replaced the steering gear/component related to the steering system in an attempt to repair Mazda CX-90 steering issue. The dealership previously replaced the steering gear/component related to the steering system in an attempt to repair the original problem. However, after the repair, the steering wheel became noticeably stiff and difficult to turn compared to how the vehicle originally drove. In addition, the vehicle still does not feel safe or normal while driving. The steering behavior changed after the repair, and the issue remains unresolved. Now I am being told that nothing further can be done at the dealership level and that I should contact corporate customer service. I am very concerned because this issue directly affects steering and vehicle control, which is a major safety concern for me and my family. I would like this issue formally escalated and documented with Mazda corporate for further review and assistance. Thank you. Mohanad More

My 2021 Mazda CX5 developed a severe oil leak and was still under the 60 month warranty. I made an appointment with Vallejo Mazda and received excellent service from them. I left the car overnight, they still under the 60 month warranty. I made an appointment with Vallejo Mazda and received excellent service from them. I left the car overnight, they provided a loner car, and the leak was repaired by the next day at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend Vallejo Mazda—the staff was knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating. More
