Unexpected Delays and Incorrect invoicing were not the norm for this location. However, Service Dept was able to rebound from their initial setbacks, and finally deliver my vehicle with the "Buy 3 Get 1 norm for this location. So, all is forgotten and forgiven. I would still come back to DgDg dealership because customer service is ultimately about doing what you promised even if you encountered a few hurdles along the way. Fairfield Mazda always sends me emails on service discounts on the same service that you provide. Some of their prices best your prices. For example I got new breaks from you a couple ok months ago discounts on the same service that you provide. Some of their prices best your prices.
