This is the third car we have purchased from Team. Our previous two cars purchased were Subaru's and now we have a beautiful Mazda CX5 in the garage. I had a good experience with this dealership. They were friendly and not too pushy. John was up front that he was not the expert on the vehicles we were looking at and quickly introduced Rob who knew Fords friendly and not too pushy. Rob described the pros and cons of each vehicle and was relentless in trying to make a deal. He was never pushy and that was well appreciated. He did, however, never run out of things to say. At one point, I was willing to pay more money for the vehicle just to get him to stop talking. Even after I agreed he continued to talk about what a hard bargain I pushed and how I was a tough customer. Frankly, he blew so much smoke up my back end, I am afraid I might get colon cancer. i'm just ribbing Rob. He's a good guy and we had a great experience. This is a good dealership willing to EARN your business. More

We went into the dealership with credit issues and not a confident feeling about being able to buy a car. After we met with our sales rep, Jake Rapp, we felt better about the process. Jake was so knowledgeable about all the cars in the inventory. I would expect a Mazda salesman to know about a Mazda, but we bought a Ford Fusion. Jake knew all about the Fords, equipment, drive train and awards that I would have been impressed even if he was a Ford dealer. It's obvious Jake knows cars and he was a pleasure to work with. I will tell all my friends about him. The whole staff at Team was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful buying experience. More
