I found myself needing to purchase a car very quickly and without much of a trade in. I called and spoke with John and right off the bat he listened to what I had to say. When he introduced me to Tosha to go over the financing I felt very comfortable with the decision I was making. Tosha made me feel so very comfortable and explained everything to me. Even with some credit challenges and a bit of compromise between John and Myself and my Husband we came to terms we could be happy with. More importantly I love my 2010 Jeep Patriot. I would send anyone I know to Team Mazda of Nampa and refer all to make a deal with John Odom. If you hate buying cars because of the way you have been treated in the past forget all of that and go see John. They even did a detail to the car after purchase and will complete the first two oil changes free of charge. That is what I call service after the sale. I always dread shopping for a new vehicle but I finally had a good experience when I decided to go to Team Mazda Subaru. I don't like to waste an entire day at the dealership and she was very helpful with the process and we were able to get a lot done before I even came down to the store. I have had some credit difficulties in the past and was concerned about what rate and payment I would be stuck with but after working with a sales team that actually listened to me about what I needed and what was important to me, I am very happy with my vehicle and my payment.
