I called John late Saturday afternoon and told him about my almost impossible situation that I currently had with my Xterra. From the time I got to the dealership, he was attentive and always made me feel comfortable with the decision I was making. He went over all my options with me, and never pressured me to look at something I couldn't afford. When he introduced me to Tosha to go over the financing I felt very comfortable with the decision I was making. Tosha made me feel so very comfortable and explained everything to me. Even with some credit challenges and a bit of compromise between John and Myself and my Husband we came to terms we could be happy with. More importantly I love my 2010 Jeep Patriot. I would send anyone I know to Team Mazda of Nampa and refer all to make a deal with John Odom. If you hate buying cars because of the way you have been treated in the past forget all of that and go see John. They even did a detail to the car after purchase and will complete the first two oil changes free of charge. That is what I call service after the sale.
