We couldn't have had a better experience with the purchase of our 2017 Titan and 2016 Altima SL. Yasir and Alicia from the dealership bent over backwards to get us exactly what we wanted. Consider us lifetime customers. Thanks again Team Nissan! More

Then sold a vehicle for the same price excluding the 500.00. of inferior condition. The sale person did not explain mechanical issues and broken items in the car excluding 500.00 citing (As is) nonsense to the customer(Handicapped women and son) exploiting their lack of experience of the young buyers who could not trade in the car of issue with a engine problem. Sold the customer a vehicle of similar issues---costing them $900.00 in repairs. within two weeks of purchasing the vehicle. A 800.00 lost would have resulted in returning the car. The car broke down on Christmas forcing repairs the next day.. The customer had to returned and removed the previous auto they drove in off the lot which had failed inspection. No help in towing and process of licence and registration a inconvenience . More

The sales representative Joe Romano was as informative as we've encountered. He made sure we were educated and that the car made sense for all parties involved. Although she was not the happiest about letting her first car go we were both extremely pleased with giving our business to such a genuine person. The team at Team Nissan were very professional and personable and even kept us updated with the Monday night football score. More

Service department rip off I took my car in for warranty work and was told I needed new rotars and brake pads. I had just replaced them the week before. When I told them that th I took my car in for warranty work and was told I needed new rotars and brake pads. I had just replaced them the week before. When I told them that they said they were out on wrong and ruined. When I picked up car I took it to a third party repair shop and was told everything was fine and that it was impossible to install them the wrong way. I called Nissan because the problem under warranty wasn't fixed. She sent me to Turnersville Nissan. They determined the master cylinder was installed wrong by Team Nissan and ruined the booster, Nissan did have Turnersville Nissan correct the problem. They also stated that the brakes and pads were fine. I would recommend anyone needing Nissan service to avoid Team Nissan. I highly recommend Turnersville Nissan they were by far superior to Team Nissan and not a crook. STEER clear of service at Team Nissan after talking to people about what happened to me I have heard other people having the seem type experiences. More

We were comfortable with the salesman, Chris; he was nice, and professional. And we were interested in the car. Then, the Finance Manager (I forget his name) came over to speak with us and something about him just rubbed me the wrong way. I can't figure out what it was exactly, just a gut feeling. Anyway, we made an offer, which turned out to be less than he was willing to accept. And I didn't want to meet his price, so we just didn't end up purchasing the car. Anyway, that was my experience at this dealership. UPDATE: After considering their price, and the quality of the car, we decided that it was a good deal. We had another car in mind from another dealership, but the one from Team Nissan was the better of the two deals. So, we purchased the car after all. I'd also like to add that out of the dozen or so salesmen we came into contact with during our car search, Chris was the most likable and professional one we met. More
Unsatisfactory/dishonest A few months ago I brought my 2008 Altima coupe to your establishment to be checked out by tow truck provided by the Nissan service. The car kept losi A few months ago I brought my 2008 Altima coupe to your establishment to be checked out by tow truck provided by the Nissan service. The car kept losing battery connection and wouldn't stay on. There was a employee who introduced him self as the parts manager who took delivery of my keys and car. At this time we asked for a rental so I can get back and forth from school and work, and his response got real nasty saying I haven't even looked at the car yet you can't get a rental for 3 days after showing my disagreement his response was f**k this I'm not dealing with this xxxx. After that I went inside and spoke to the sales manager and made my complaint about the employee who claimed to be a manager(Bryan) and the manager claimed he be able to help but yet gave me the run around so I asked him if he could transfer my car to Woodbury Nissan since there customer service is to some standards. After this incident he said he can't transfer the car but he will ensure first thing in the morning the car will be checked out. We left believing him so 12 in the afternoon rolls around the next day and I had someone bring me to Nissan to find my car in the same place Parked. So I walked in and ask was the diagnosis finished I need a vehicle and another manager comes to me and says we don't have the keys you must have taken them home. I explained to him Bryan took delivery of the car and the keys when the tow truck brung it and I have several witnesses. He states well I have to pay for another key I lost the key Bryan never had the key is what he told me after he text Bryan who quote on quite called off that day. So I went inside to the same sales manager and expressed my dissatisfaction and he ensure me don't worry we will replace the key as the other manager was so admit that I took the key. Magically as everyone frantic looking for the key that I refuse to pay for it shows up this is only after me stating that now I want my car transferred out of her this place is a joke does 5 minutes later the same manager (Greg) come out and say we found the key that (Bryan) and (Greg) claim they never received. Not only if I was naive but careless I would have gave Nissan and extra 100 dollars for there mistake and they would have profited. Now to my car diagnosis prior to the car being brought in myself another individual and the tow truck guy check for leaks all the fluids and any loose wires before hooking the car to the tow truck everything was in tact the car would start but would lose power as it did while with the tow truck service. Nissan takes car in the bay and tells me they will give me a call in a hour approximately 3 hours goes by and no phone call so I give them a call. As I call them his response to me was when the last time you received a oil change which he was referring to a minieke sticker on the window that was referring to 2013 which I told him a few months prior I did my own oil change which I went synthetic which me and a personal mechanic did. He states to me that there was no oil in the car and the motor is seized. At this time I got someone to drop me back off in when I went in he states that his tech check the vehicle and there was no oil the dip stick was dry. I stated to him the 1 the oils was recently changed to synthetic so I know that's impossible 2 myself and two other check the fluids before the car was brought in. His response was are you trying to say we drained your oil. I said it's funny because I didn't state that but yet you did guilty conscious. At this point he states will there nothing to do for you but change your motor. He states since its on lack of care your warranty will be voided. So I take my car out of the knowing this. As I get a chance to talk to the tech that Greg tells me checked the car he states he never checked it he just watched the other tech who did but he a good tech. So I took me car home without having it fixed and Nissan deeming it (seized motor) due to owner. A month goes by which brings us he know after talking to another family friend who a Nissan mechanic he ask me to check the Fuse Box holder link connector which I did and surely there was a connector that was broken and he states that's the reason why you lose power so after fixing that little spot a car that Nissan deemed wouldn't turn on due to a (seized Motor) turn right on without hesitation. If a cars motor was seized it wouldn't even roll over. If a car gets connection issue same thing would happen. After fixing this issue with a simple fix and almost getting scammed into Nissan putting in a new motor which was a 4000 job I used some common sense and said no the issue was fixed I am writing this to show my disgust with your establishment after my family has bought more than 6 vehicle here Nd friends have bought more than 10 vehicle here upon are recommendations we will never shop in your establishment again I rather give your competitor the cash then give money to a dishonest organization. I will share my story with every and anyone who mentions the word Nissan or even purchasing a vehicle. I hope your satisfied with your work and the loss of customers.
