Service. Oil change and inspection. I called to schedule a oil change, got me in the next morning. When I arrived, the service department was full. Wasn't a big deal because they told me I called to schedule a oil change, got me in the next morning. When I arrived, the service department was full. Wasn't a big deal because they told me up front how busy they were and made the time I spent there comfortable and pass quickly. My only complaint was I got a price of $82 for an oil change on my duramax and it ended up being just over $100. I'm sure it was environmental fees and taxes, but now I know the full price. I will say the customer service of everyone I dealt with is worth an extra $10. Highly recommend the service department and will give the sales department a shot on my next vehicle because of that. More

Not good The picture on main page of the website said service center now open at 7:00am to 1:00pm. They in fact open at 7:30am however they did not show up unt The picture on main page of the website said service center now open at 7:00am to 1:00pm. They in fact open at 7:30am however they did not show up until 7:42am. The previous time I had them do my service they did not reset my tire pressure sensors. That causes the air pressure to read on the wrong tire when you get a low tire notification. Then you have to figure out which one it is. That has happen to me before there also. I voiced all the problems I have had there over the past few times I used them and there were other problems not listed. I was never offered a discount, coupon or anything for the trouble. More
