I am extremely pleased with my experience. I purchased the truck online. I spoke with Barry, salesman, at the dealership when I called in. He was very easy to work with. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and everything was exactly as we had agreed, no "dealer add on" or other fees or tricks. I will be going back next time I need to buy a car. I never thought I would praise a car dealership, but they definitely earned it. Thanks

I drove from Albertville Alabama to Arab and the trip was well worth the drive. Mark assisted me the evening before and answered most of my questions over the phone and Faye was just wonderful. I drove up the next morning and felt like I was where I was meant to be. Sammy , Mark , Doug, Grant, and Faye were so kind. They let me test drive several cars and made me a deal on the one I chose and really gave me a deal. I would like to say thank you for taking the time of explaining everything to me and sitting down and helping me program my Chevy Cruze LT. They were showing me all the features in the car and just treated me with respect and kindness. Straight forward deal. I found the deal online. I was able to quickly get a price work up remotely. I looked at the car vs others in the area and found it was compelling enough to not negotiate it. Since we needed a car that day, we found the convenience factor of working with somebody who just lists a decent price right up front compelling. Even though it was a 1 hour 20 minute drive, we decided to trust Chris and the team and to come and buy the car. We're glad we did. It was the least painful experience I've had at a dealership.

Cooper purchased Hyundai in December 2024 Cooper Service made decision that I no longer have "tires for life" xx I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe in January 2022. At the time of purchase, I was told that I would receive “tires for life” as long as all vehicle service was performed at the Hyundai service department. I brought my car in for routine service today, 11/19/2025, and was informed that I need new tires costing over $1,000. One set of tires has already been replaced at no cost under this agreement. However, I’m now being told that without a “tires for life” certificate—which I was never given—I will be responsible for the full cost. I have consistently recommended Hyundai to others because of the excellent customer service I’ve received in the past, which makes this situation particularly disappointing.
