Not good The picture on main page of the website said service center now open at 7:00am to 1:00pm. They in fact open at 7:30am however they did not show up until 7:42am. The previous time I had them do my service they did not reset my tire pressure sensors. That causes the air pressure to read on the wrong tire when you get a low tire notification. Then you have to figure out which one it is. That has happen to me before there also. I voiced all the problems I have had there over the past few times I used them and there were other problems not listed. I was never offered a discount, coupon or anything for the trouble. More

Don Winchester is an asset to the company! Ordered my Corvette and 700 miles into driving her she had wheel problems. Took the vehicle to THREE CHEVROLET dealerships none of which would assist Ordered my Corvette and 700 miles into driving her she had wheel problems. Took the vehicle to THREE CHEVROLET dealerships none of which would assist. I had proven with GM reputable wheel companies that the wheels were flaking due to WHEEL DEFECT. The ONLY one that stepped up to the plate to see PURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS DON WINCHESTER AND GARY LINAM OF TEAM ONE CHEVROLET. After five weeks of my car sitting on jack stands my wheels were returned. Don stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Can’t believe GM would NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I have been a Chevrolet:/GM owner over forty years and must say the ONLY REASON why I would purchase another is TEAM ONE CHEVROLET AND NOT CHEVY ITSELF. Thank u TEAM ONE CHEVROLET!!! More

The technician disc The service department did a great job of servicing the Traverse, rotating the tires, and an attempt to change all of the wipers. The technician discovered the need to replace the air filters. They brought the old ones for me to inspect and approve the changing. So they kept me well informed. Only problems was they were not able to change the back window wiper due to not having the ones in stock for the 2016 Traverse. They order from a a local parts department and when it arrived it was the wrong one too. So after they asked my forgiveness for not being able to change the wiper, and told that it would be taken care of the next time my vehicle was serviced. More

Suggestion Recommend not having new employees answer the phone until they now where to go for answers to questions they cannot answer, also have them make the re Recommend not having new employees answer the phone until they now where to go for answers to questions they cannot answer, also have them make the return phone call if they say this is what they will do. Also recommend that if you have a vehicle for more than three days if would be a good customer service relations point to contact the customer and let them know the status of their vehicle. More
Cruze service round 2 After the incident where I brought my Cruze diesel in for an oil change in which I’m almost 100% that did not get done, however I was charged for it, After the incident where I brought my Cruze diesel in for an oil change in which I’m almost 100% that did not get done, however I was charged for it, I spoke with the service manager and he was eager to have me bring my Cruze diesel back in to have the oil changed. So I carried it back in and physically stood in the shop and watched them change the oil and filter. I appreciate the service manager making it right, however, I will no longer use them for my service, I will just do it myself. More
