The Salesman told me they put Interior/Exterior paint and fabric protection on every (used) vehicle and charged us $1,895.00. He admits 2 days later it wasn't done at all and Gen Mgr tells us we only get 1/ fabric protection on every (used) vehicle and charged us $1,895.00. He admits 2 days later it wasn't done at all and Gen Mgr tells us we only get 1/2 money back and must make appointment to get the Interior done. Weeks later after threatening them with police action and posting it all over Social Media I finally get the owner to give us a check, but he tried to get me to sign and NDA. After more threats to post NDA owner finally give us a check and had to make more threats to get Salesman to apologize. I will never go there again The are liars and tried to steal from me. More
They used to be wonderful, not anymore. We bought 2 new cars from them in the past 10 years and did all of our services with them, not anymore. Buyer beware of lifetime power train warrant We bought 2 new cars from them in the past 10 years and did all of our services with them, not anymore. Buyer beware of lifetime power train warranty, don't let it influence your decision to buy as it requires thousands of dollars in diagnostic fees to determine if it will cover the issue. The service department tell you your tire tread is low when it's not. They will high pressure maintenance sells and threaten you will the voiding lifetime power train, that from my experience isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Loyal customers are treated disrespectfully and they get angry when you shut down their up sell tactics. They will try to sell you cabin air filters when you just replaced them at home 1 week prior. Also, don't buy air cabin filters, you can buy and replace your own in under 5 minutes for $10 instead of paying the dealership $35. Cabin filters are an easy way for them to make money and they will recommend a change each service. Never trust service people who get angry when you don't buy their recommend services. This dealership has performed their last service on my vehicles and I will never buy a new vehicle from them again. More

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I contacted Brittney via email and she responded immediately. Took the time to have a video made of my vehicle to send me (since I live out of state) a contacted Brittney via email and she responded immediately. Took the time to have a video made of my vehicle to send me (since I live out of state) and had 90% of the paperwork done upon my arrival from Nashville. Once I arrived my vehicle was cleaned , filled up and ready to go. I then completed my purchase with Samantha (Sam) and she handled everything equally as fast and even helped me out on some payment options. Without a doubt I would recommend these 2 ladies to anyone wanting a vehicle and since they are employed by Team One Toyota I absolutely recommend this dealership. A+ More
