I have been searching to purchase a new car these past couple of weeks. No other dealerships worked with me on a budget that was affordable for ME on a vehicle that I wanted, until I went to Team Toyota i couple of weeks. We came in August to see if the new cars were in yet and Milo spent a lot of time with us looking up infor on the website and printed it all out for us. We then got your announcement in the mail about the 2012 coming in. I called Milo right away and the car we had picked had come in we made an appointment on Thurs. and we spent a lot of time with Milo and on Friday came back and picked up our new car. Again Milo spent a lot of time with me telling me how everything worked and kept telling me if I have any questions don't heisate to too call him. My husband has a problem with walking and his memory and a couple other salesmen were kind of enough to help me out with him while I doing the paperwork for the car. I have been talking to our daughter about getting a Toyota because of the service and sales dept at Team Toyota. I was told that I will receive a free pair of wind sheild wipers for filling out the review but I would have tried to do it anyway because I did get great service. Patricia Weis More

I went to Team Toyota in Highland not expecting to get a car. My credit is not stellar and I have been to several car dealer's in the area who have been anything but helpful. From the first moment I met Matt, he was very helpful and really seemed to care about getting me into a vehicle that was right for me. After taking some basic information and applying for credit he was able to get me a car that met my criteria and budget. Before I came to Team Toyota, my car was not running and I had nothing to drive. Thanks to Matt, I am now cruising around in a 2010 Chevy Cobalt with very low mileage. The car is pretty much brand new. Everything about my experience here was wonderful. I would like to thank Matt for helping me out and getting me behind the wheel again. I brought my Toyota Camry in for it's scheduled oil change and asked that my car was checked for a noise that I was hearing and then was told that it was because my tires were getting worn so Dan sold change and asked that my car was checked for a noise that I was hearing and then was told that it was because my tires were getting worn so Dan sold me a nice new set of great tires and I also got a new cabin filter because Dan showed me that mine was dirty and full of little leaves. So I left happy with a nicely washed car and it was a smooth ride home with those new tires. Now I feel ready for those winter months. The cashier was also very pleasant as they always are when I come in for service. Great Service at Team Toyota and the waiting area is comfortable and the washroom is always clean and that is always a plus for me. More

My mother and I were looking for a new (used) car because our old one broke down. The second we walked into the dealership, Ike asked what we were looking for and a price range. I am from Minnesota and bought the car here long distance, sight-un-seen. Negotiations were fast, friendly and up to the point - Take it or leave it from the dealership. Price was great (4K less then the same car in Minnesota) Ryan patiently explained everything to me and described the car. He met me on the bus station. Car was exactly as he described. Paperwork was efficient, fast and correct! The only problem was when dealership was trying to keep some accessories, which came with the car (cargo cover and net), but after I asked about them - Ryan quickly brought them and put in the car. Thank you Ryan and the team for an uncommonly easy process! More

Well, Team Toyota service guys saved the day once again. They came to my house (around the corner) jumped the Army Tank (my 1996 Lexus LX450 SUV) and took it in. They replaced it with a new battery at a minimal pro-rated cost (NO labor fees!) and returned the Army Tank to me -- all by 9:30am! Team Toyota Service is REALLY all about service! More
