Had the oil and filter changed on my wife's rav 4 last week. It was an absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM. It took 2.5 hours. They took people without appointments as they c week. It was an absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM. It took 2.5 hours. They took people without appointments as they came in ahead of me. Anyone with an appointment should be taken first and anyone else as time permits. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be returning there for service. I took my Lexus to Lexus of Merrillville today for the same service and was in and out in an hour. This is how customers should be treated. More
