Honest and transparent with great customer service. Our sales person was Nic Garcia. After being treated so bad by another dealership we found Team Toyota. From the start, Nic was was understanding in Our sales person was Nic Garcia. After being treated so bad by another dealership we found Team Toyota. From the start, Nic was was understanding in what we wanted and never pushed us. He was quick to answer any questions we had. Taking deliver was also fast and easy. Additional protection producs were presented, but nothing was pushed on us. Very easy, clear and pleasant delivery of our new Rav4. We drove a little over 4 hours one way from CT to do bussiness with them. We still had other dealership email us with their pricing, but Nic made the difference. More
