Overcharged I had asked for 90K service without engine and cabin filter since I had changed them recently. I briefly discussed the bill with the manager who did not provide convincing explanation. Since there was people awaiting I did not continue arguing and thought I would call the manager on the weekday which I did. No one called me back yet. I would never take my car for service there again and will continue to pursue. More

I was at the dealership at 7:50 a.m. for a 35k routine service. I didn’t receive my car until 4:30 p.m. The initial problem I had was Morgan Eakin put the wrong car and vehicle identification number on my extended service plan, which I purchased on October 4, 2018. The purpose of my visit on 11/1/2018 was the rectify the paperwork and service my car. Mr. McKenna could not understand how to fix this and had me waiting for 30 minutes as he tried to figure it out. Additionally, the shuttle driver did not know how to navigate the area. Horrible experience overall and I will never go back there. More
