I needed to catch up on work and a little relaxing, but before I knew it, I saw a familiar face, Ben Landis. He recognized me from my prior visits and made sure everything was okay with me and my vehicle. Shortly after seeing Ben, I received an invoice email for my service. A minute later, he personally notified me in person that everything was completed. (Just under 2 hours.) I always leave feeling overwhelming satisfaction with having made this new car purchase. All aspects were as expected Replace driver side mirror. Parts were available in a reasonable amount of time. Minor confusion over what parts were in. Easy to make appointment.
