I was in from out of town and needed it before my long drive home. They gave me the part number and suggested calling someone else. I’m not familiar with the area so some help in this would have been nice. Was told there was nothing they could do and was rushed off the phone. Called another local dealership and they were able to get the part the next day. More

Greatest out if state buying experience ever There is no RAV4 with cold weather package in the color I wanted so I started looking outside of my area. After put in an online request Wednesday night, I got responses next day. By Thursday evening, we agreed on the price. I was planning to be there around 7pm driving directly from airport but the roads were flooded so I didn’t got there til little after 8:30. Jeremy have the car pull up, walk me through the car and all the paperwork were there ready for me. Jeremy did show me a couple protection plan and recommend me only option he think might be worth it. He did pushed for me to buy them or anything; I like that. I was thinking about it, but with just spending the money to fly there and driving back the next day, I just can’t pocket it. Spent the entire day flying there through crazy road trip in traffic and flooded roads, got there with a smile and greeting from Jeremy with the car and paperwork all ready made my day. Thanks Jeremy. More
Frustrated with service. I needed to bring my car in twice for the same problem and I still think there is something wrong. Still not sure why the issue wasn’t fixed the first time. Had I known from the beginning there was a “water specialist” I would of waited to see them from the beginning instead of having to bring my car back again. When I picked up my car my floor mats were in the trunk. I sent an email to the person helping me with my car and I still have not heard back. The three times I brought my car in for service I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and all three times I never received one. Dacia was very nice and helpful, but the whole experience was very frustrating. I did not have a good experience with one person in the service center. More

The lounge area is comfortable even as they are accommodating renovations. I feel safe taking my car here and trust in their work. More

Missed my battery and cost me time Almost all of my experience has been fine. My service representative in charge of my case has been excellent. But two months ago I had the car in for Almost all of my experience has been fine. My service representative in charge of my case has been excellent. But two months ago I had the car in for almost $2000 worth of stuff and then need to bring it back in a month later for a faulty battery that was missed in the check up. And I was charged again for you. Unacceptable waste of time and money. More
