I am not someone who is an i After quite a bit of online research, we decided to go to Toyota of Glen Mills to test drive a couple of Toyota Tacoma's. I am not someone who is an impulsive car buyer, so I like to know all my options and I don't like to be pressured into something I am not 100% sold on. Brad Carpenter was helpful, informative and most of all, he was patient and kind. We test drove 2 different trucks and looked at a total of 5 different styles and after some time I knew exactly what I wanted! Brad facilitated a great deal and had my truck delivered in a few short days! I don't plan on buying a new car any time soon, but when I do, I'll be back to Toyota of Glen Mills! Love Team Toyota service department! I have really enjoyed my three years of service at Team Toyota. Previously I would hunt out a trustworthy independent mechanic and take my car there. I have really enjoyed my three years of service at Team Toyota. Previously I would hunt out a trustworthy independent mechanic and take my car there. However, I took advantage of the first year or so of free service at Team Toyota with my new Toyota purchase and liked it so much I have continued going there. It is my first time actually having a car serviced at the dealership! I really, really like the people there and when my service light comes on I look forward to going to Team Toyota to take care of whatever might need doing. I really like Chris Hines and Randy Brody. Randy works some beautiful tire deals and Chris always manages to get everything done in time for me to go wherever I need to go. I love these guys and all the rest of the wonderful folks. I find the waiting room to be very nice, they have drinks, often donuts and it's a nice place. It seems like whenever they come out to tell a customer about what's going on with their car they take a lot of time and they're very kind and I've never seen any disagreements or unhappy customers. They treat their customers with lots of kindness. It's a great place and I look forward to taking my car there for it's future years of service. More

Only one suggestion is that they attend Quaker Meetings because the parking lots are always full of Prius cars. Sometimes you have to look twice to be sure it is your car. :) More
