Sales Rep Brad Carpenter was excellent to work with. He provided a very competitive quote on the new vehicle and worked with us to secure a fair trade in value on the 2015 model. We chose Team Toyota since they were great to work with when we bought the 2015 model and for the subsequent servicing of the vehicle. More
Disappointed Very appreciative of Jill finding coupons to apply. I was initially told that my bill included a charge for PA inspection AND emissions test. My car was driven less than 5k since last year's insp. Therefore, I didn't need the emissions. Had I not known this, I would have been banged. The tire pressure indicator light has been on for almost a year. This is second time the dealer has had the car and failed to address it. Tire pressure is correct in all tires. The sensor can't be reset, there's a failure somewhere. Lastly, $25 to rotate the tires on a vehicle that's being inspected is ridiculous. The tires come off anyway to xx the brakes. $25 to put them back on a different wheel??? Probably will only return in future for the free oil changes on the Prius. More

Excellent job and timely communication Technician were able to dectect faults on my vehicle and administrative worker handling my case was able to to solve my repairs under warranty. Incompetent and over charging Where to start - Rotated tires, charged $60, then told to get new tires. Tires would not pass inspection that was due in 2 days. Failed to perform required maintenance per schedule, even though we took the car there specifically because the extended warranty required us to. Missed changing the rear AWD diff fluid. Failed to notice undercarriage protector pins were missing. Protector fell down the next week. Must have only been held in by 1 out of 6 pins. Jake did the right thing to refund my $60, but I'll never set foot in the door again More
