Failed to perform required maintenance per schedule, even though we took the car there specifically because the extended warranty required us to. Missed changing the rear AWD diff fluid. Failed to notice undercarriage protector pins were missing. Protector fell down the next week. Must have only been held in by 1 out of 6 pins. Jake did the right thing to refund my $60, but I'll never set foot in the door again More

Arik ,the salesman that facilitated the day, was able to help me get the truck home to Virginia the day I decided to purchase. This was no small feat as a family with a farmer dad and nurse mom have little time to spare. Way to go! Multipoint inspection with an emphasis on brakes I asked specifically to have the brakes checked. I was there for approximately 60 minutes and was told everything looked great including my breaks. I asked specifically to have the brakes checked. I was there for approximately 60 minutes and was told everything looked great including my breaks. I asked for them to test the brakes on a short drive. The manager came back and said there is nothing to worry about. Now I am driving my car around with a major shudder every time I put the breaks on. Also, I can not remember what technician I spoke to so I just checked boxes. More
