What was lacking The sales portion was done very well by the sales person. I gave my check to the financial rep., which was a short visit. I had to produce my trade- The sales portion was done very well by the sales person. I gave my check to the financial rep., which was a short visit. I had to produce my trade-in Title, which I had to find; that took several days. After that, the service was sorely lacking. When I went in with the trade-in Title, the service rep. wouldn't see me (he had just come in to work and had no customers waiting that I could see). The secretary had to find someone to take the Title in to him, whereby he scribbled on the back of an envelope that I owed $65.00 tax for the 5 year Insurance Policy. I paid cash. An appointment was set up for me to get acquainted with some of the extras. The man was quite young and couldn't answer any questions about paperwork. He, then, proceeded to set up my navigational system and some other things that went so fast, I can't even say what they were. His time was up and the only thing I learned was that certain things could be done, but not how do them. All in all, I hesitate calling with further questions that I may have but wonder if my son would have been treated differently - being a man.......He was with me when we purchased the car. More
Good service, terrible coupon policy The only reason to have my oil changed and tires rotated at your dealer is when you send me coupons by mail to make the price reasonable. You send a m The only reason to have my oil changed and tires rotated at your dealer is when you send me coupons by mail to make the price reasonable. You send a mailer with two coupons (oil and rotate), but you wouldn’t let me combine them. That’s just bad business to make your customer have to book two separate appts. In order to use both coupons. Why send the two coupons together then? Honestly, it’s just insulting. Doubt I’ll be coming back. More

Awesome experience! Buying my new 4Runner was a breeze. I talked to several dealers and Lauren Pierce got me a price I was happy with before I ever got to the dealership Buying my new 4Runner was a breeze. I talked to several dealers and Lauren Pierce got me a price I was happy with before I ever got to the dealership. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Jack Leddy also got us a better finance rate than my credit union could get. Everyone was friendly and great to deal with. Hopefully service will be just as good in 5,000 miles! More
