Unorganized I come here for all my prepaid service. But, they cannot account for my 30000 mile maintenance. Also, I was charged for an air filter service. Slow turn around & misdiagnosis Love the courtesy car. Employees are always exceptionally courteous. Getting a replacement tire took several several days. Another time I was scheduled to come in b/c Team Toyota was READY to replace my recalled wiring harness but then did not have the harness available after schedulingme to come & have it replaced.. Getting the recalled wiring harness took several MONTHS. After it came in again to have it replaced, I was then told we didn't need it b/c it was previously replaced. I bought the car from your location. Why didn't you know that? That's twice a had to take time off of work. Very frustrating. :( More
