Joy Riding in My Car Tech took our car for a 32+ mile joy ride, hitting speeds approaching 100 mph!!! Dealer down played the abuse until I pushed the issue thru numerous communications. Wouldn't even fire the tech. Maybe next time tech goes joy riding with a customer's car might harm someone, but let's hope night. Going to a different Toyota dealer with both our cars in future- hitting Team Toyota where it hurts - financially. More

We purchased 3 vehicles with him as our sales consultant & could not have been more pleased or confident to purchase a Toyota. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about Toyota’s which is certainly a plus when buying a vehicle, but most of all is never pushy or trying to sell you more than you are looking for. I have recommended many people to him & they too have had the same positive experience with him. I happen to really like Toyota’s & will probably continue to purchase them, but I have to admit sales is everything & Dave Castor is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Very happy customer!!! Totally scammed by service department Brought vehicle Toyota Rav 4 in for warranty recap test for oil consumption Told they would not perform test until several thousand dollars of gaske Brought vehicle Toyota Rav 4 in for warranty recap test for oil consumption Told they would not perform test until several thousand dollars of gasket replacment’s done So I said will just keep putting oil in and continue to drive as is Upon changing personal mechanic to a former factory trained Toyota technician he brought up issues with rings being faulty I explained being told of leaks that need to be fixed He then put car on lift to inspect and found no leaks I scheduled for dealer to show me leaks and cleaned engine so any leak would be visible Upon inspection at dealer they tell me can’t see leaks due to engine being cleaned which is precisely why I cleaned so they could show me Was informed tagg recal will not be honerd I am past time limit for recall If they had not lied in first place they would have performed test within time limits the first time As a loyal coustomer who has owned many Toyota vehicles I am quite upset about this level of being shafted by manufacturers and dealer More
