The environment is not flashy but very welcoming and friendly. We met the new salesman Jeremy Woods and he is wonderful! We are honored to becoming the customer of his very first sale. Sales Manager Shannon Cross is just awesome. She is very sincere, honest, and straightforward. She went out of her way to keep us comfortable and satisfied. They made the otherwise stressful situation actually pleasant. I surprised myself I would put "car buying" and "pleasant" in the same sentence but that is the true feeling at Team Toyota of Glen Mills. Sandro provided us with an extensive test drive to include the vehicle's capabilities and once again when we picked up the vehicle. Never had a salesperson before who took the time he did to make sure we were familiar with all aspects of the vehicle and even marked sections of the owner manuals to important material. He indicated he wanted us to be sure we were making the right choice in vehicles and he was the main reason we choose the Highlander. Sandro along with Dan's assistance provided us with a very fair deal both on the new vehicle and our trade in. Greatly appreciated the professionism of both Sandro and Dan. More

Even though I had not purchased from Team Toyota they were so accommodating and pleasant they became my service place. When it was time for a new car the dealership was every bit as great as the service department. It was the easiest and least stressful purchase ever. The service department is clean pleasant and scheduling is super easy. The employees seem to like their jobs. More

Told me a three year lease would come with three years of Toyota Care...LIE Told me Toyota Care comes with synthetic oil...LIE Told me they would send my cosigner a prepaid envelope to send the lease back...LIE As a result my license plates and registration came after the temps expired Also was told inspection would be taken care of...LIE They also gave me the wrong VIN so my insurance was wrong Would not go back or recommend. LOVED Carousel not feeling it as Team We purchased two cars from Carousel, it was the most pleasant car buying experience we had ever had. Recently, we went back to lease a new car. The We purchased two cars from Carousel, it was the most pleasant car buying experience we had ever had. Recently, we went back to lease a new car. The pleasant no pressure dealership had turned into a high pressure "typical" dealership experience. But I think the most disappoint part of this change over was the service department experience I received. I recently took my car in for service. I made the appointment online with the expectation that when i arrived at the dealership i would just turn over my keys, sign some paperwork and be on my way. When I arrived i was told that they needed my VIN to check me in, I had entered that on the website and I was not getting a state inspection. So wierd, got what needed finished check in and asked for a call when the car was ready. The day of service I never received a call when that the car was ready. No worries, the car has been there all day, and they should be done at 6 when i get there, but i wanted to talk to someone ABOUT my car. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready, but it took 20 minutes for them to "find" my car! As someone who has been a loyal customer, purchasing 2 vehicles and always having my service done at this dealer, I am not impressed. The Team at Team needs to take a look at what returning Carousel customers had come expect from this dealership and maybe return it to low pressure positive experience, vs a typical dealership. It really USED to be a great dealership. More
