My name is India and as I write this review it's bringing me to tears, this dealship is beyond the best dealership with the greatest, hardworking,most compassionate people I have ever met in my enti bringing me to tears, this dealship is beyond the best dealership with the greatest, hardworking,most compassionate people I have ever met in my entire life, I had the odds against me with trying to get my very first car, with my income, my low credit score, my hopes were so low automicatically thinking the answer would an absolute no, but by the hard work of the sale agent Matt Anderson, and the team of Carosol Toyota in glen mills, pa, they made it possible, they did beyond there job they worked hard in and out,for few days straight, from open to close ,they showed me what team work and hardwork and dedication is, they truly defined excellent customer service, Im beyond happy, I'm thrilled I'm overjoyed, I'm the happiest women in my world, I'm thankful most importantly grateful to everyone at Carosol Toyota, my dreams has came true, they opened the door and gave me a chance, I know now my opportunities are endless, I know theyre are people in this world, that really want to make the impossible possible, that will give you a chance, this whole situation has made me a better person,I've learned a lot and I gained a lot most importantly my very first car, that i love so much, that I'm going to take care of and maintain, If I could make a sign with promoting this company Carosol Toyota I would, it would only be a small portion of me giving back everything they gave me, and i still believe it wouldn't be sufficient to all I received, so if someone was to ask me India how would rate the company? I have purchased 2 Toyota's from this dealership 2004 and 2006 models. The service department is not very good. Every time the technician is finished with the service, it takes the service adviso 2004 and 2006 models. The service department is not very good. Every time the technician is finished with the service, it takes the service advisor any where from 15 to 45 mins to hand me the keys and the invoice so I can be on my way. This is how it has been for10 years now. The actual service work is careless and sloppy. My 2006 car takes 4 qts of Oil with an Oil and filter change, they often overfill it with 5 qts of Oil (Overfilling can be harmful to the engine in a lot of cases) Other examples include a recall for my Radiator, which I found that they left out one of the 2 bolts holding it in place. The sales staff that we worked with at Carousel Toyota created a very low stress and simple car buying experience for us. I bought my Sienna from this dealership and their service department has saved me so much money. Since I've owned my car, I scraped the driver's side door and had a screw stuck in my tire resulting in a slow department has saved me so much money. Since I've owned my car, I scraped the driver's side door and had a screw stuck in my tire resulting in a slow leak. For both repairs, I received estimates from multiple shops. Carousel's service department has always come in with the lowest estimate (by HUNDREDS of dollars) and they do the work quickly. I am very pleased with them. More
