Jim Dougherty was knowledgeable and friendly, and spent a tremendous amount of time patiently answering our many questions, yet his approach was very low key. My husband and I went for test drives on two separate occasions. Each time, Jim explained all of the instrumentation in great detail without being asked. Despite all of the time Jim spent with us in the dealership and in the actual car, we never felt any pressure to buy and never felt rushed. We did buy a Prius, and Jim continued to be thorough and conscientious. He inserted post-it notes into our driver's manual to highlight key areas, reviewed important features inside the car, and made sure that both of us knew how to use the windshield wipers, headlights, radio, GPS, keyless entry, etc. before we left the dealership. He had already made the sale; he didn't HAVE to be this conscientious. All of the people we met at Carousel Toyota were friendly, the premises were clean and inviting, and the dealership offers excellent "Brass Ring Membership" service to their customers. This was our first car purchase from them, but we will be back! More

I've had my Sequoia for 193,000 miles now...bought it at Carousel and only get it serviced there. I've never had a negative experience there. My Toyota 4 Runner just turned over 200,000 miles. It is 13 years old now (1999) I have gotten the best service ever from Carousel Toyota in Concordville. My first set of brakes was at 121,000 miles and I am only on my third set of tires for this vehicle. Alan Geesey has been the best service rep I have ever had. He constantly goes over and above when it comes to service. He has even picked up my car at my home, taken it in for service and delivered it back to my house the same day. (of Course he likes my 4 Runner). Everyone asks when I am getting a new vehicle. I don't need one at the moment but it certainly would be a Toyota because of the price, service, and dependability that they offer. More
