When my son from Conn. visiting me in Delaware lost his FOB key for his Prius, Carousel staff was more than willing to assit getting him into his locked car and on his way. I was looking for a new hybrid to replace my car that was totaled in an accident. I work for a Fortune 500 company and I can tell you that his enthusiasm and energy is hard to find, and actually on the way home from buying my Prius I mentioned to my boyfriend, that he would probably be successful anywhere. Employees can learn most skills on the job, but if you don't have drive and personality, it always feels like something missing. Not the case with Dan. I have purchased many cars over the years at Ottos, Garnet VW and my purchase (first) at Carousel probably felt the best, in part because I just felt good about buying a Hybrid, but also because Dan made it seem like I was going on an adventure - mostly because he couldn't stop talking about all the wonderful features of the Prius.
