Dan Riviera is the consummate sales person, in fact he is the very best kind of person you should have working for you. He is honest, direct, and basically a very confident, happy person. I work for a Fortune 500 company and I can tell you that his enthusiasm and energy is hard to find, and actually on the way home from buying my Prius I mentioned to my boyfriend, that he would probably be successful anywhere. Employees can learn most skills on the job, but if you don't have drive and personality, it always feels like something missing. Not the case with Dan. I have purchased many cars over the years at Ottos, Garnet VW and my purchase (first) at Carousel probably felt the best, in part because I just felt good about buying a Hybrid, but also because Dan made it seem like I was going on an adventure - mostly because he couldn't stop talking about all the wonderful features of the Prius. He is proud of what he sells and it comes through to the customer. More

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jim Dougherty with the purchase of my new car. I came in today 10/31/11 to check on pricing for my leased 09 Rav4 Toyota to see if it was a good idea to purchase with the purchase of my new car. Jim was very patient with me and explained to me exactly how I should go about it. Well to my surprise, and with Jim professionalism, he explained all my options and it turned out, I would have been crazy to pass up the good deal that I got. So I am the proud owner of a new 2011 Rav 4 Limited Toyota. I have been very pleased with this dealership in the past with having all of my car maintenance done there. I purchased my Rav4 three years ago and at that time was impressed with the friendliness of Jeff Kenny, the General Sales Manager. He helped me to get the monthly payment that I could afford. He also recommended that I use the dealership for regular service visits to maintain the health of my vehicle. The quality of the vehicle is not worth mentioning, it's a Toyota! It's great! The most unbelievable thing about the purchase of my vehicle is that I look forward to going there to have it serviced. Mike Stover in the service department provides good service not only on the phone while making the appointments, but gives personal service while I'm there. Not like other greaseball car service men that I have had in the past. He may recommend some preventative maintenance but doesn't get pushy or give me dooms day scenarios if I pass on his recommendations. I trust him. This is just the tip of the iceberg for this dealership. When you take car in for service I recommend waiting while it is serviced. They have Saturday hours, A spacious TV room, a place for kids to play, and free internet. Did I mention the free coffee machine and donuts! More
