Overcharged I had asked for 90K service without engine and cabin filter since I had changed them recently. This service would have just been oil and filter change, topping off the fluids and general check up. I was expecting to pay well below $100 but the bill came to $141. I briefly discussed the bill with the manager who did not provide convincing explanation. Since there was people awaiting I did not continue arguing and thought I would call the manager on the weekday which I did. No one called me back yet. I would never take my car for service there again and will continue to pursue. More

I was at the dealership at 7:50 a.m. for a 35k routine service. I didn’t receive my car until 4:30 p.m. The initial problem I had was Morgan Eakin put the wrong car and vehicle identification number on my extended service plan, which I purchased on October 4, 2018. The purpose of my visit on 11/1/2018 was the rectify the paperwork and service my car. Mr. McKenna could not understand how to fix this and had me waiting for 30 minutes as he tried to figure it out. Additionally, the shuttle driver did not know how to navigate the area. Horrible experience overall and I will never go back there. More

Fixed the problem Our car first had problems with lights flashing around radio. They couldn't find the problem. Then the car doors wouldn't lock & back 3rd eye light wasn't working. The service center couldn't figure out the problem so they called Toyota corp. They sent someone out & they figured out that it was a problem with the main computer system. They replaced it & fixed the problem. Kudos for the service dept on not giving up & calling Toyota Corp for expert help in solving the problem. They even gave us a free rental car while our car was being serviced. More

I was promised the car would get washed but it was not washed. I have never seen anything like this before after having work done on the car! More
