Recent visit was below standard. I have always received excellent service until my most recent visit. I prefer to deal with Mike Stover but since I must deal with whoever is available I have always received excellent service until my most recent visit. I prefer to deal with Mike Stover but since I must deal with whoever is available I am not happy! I had an appointment and upon arriving I stood inside for at least 5 minutes and no one said anything. Finally a young man looked up and said can I help you. I walked over and explained I had an appointment to check my tires because the signal had come on my dash the day before and I also was getting it inspected. Due to remodeling I was to go to 2nd floor to wait. I told the service man I would like to be updated on the tire situation. He said he would come up and update me. I waited quite a long time and finally my handheld device signaled me to go down stairs. I was annoyed because no one took the time to come and update me plus waiting much to long for inspection. There was nothing wrong with my tires except one had too much air. I told him that your service dept. was the only one who ever touched the tires or car! He knew I was unhappy with the service I received that day and frankly didn’t seem to care. I told him if I received a survey I was going to say I was not satisfied. I know one customer not being satisfied isn’t going to make a difference but I can assure you if the next time I come in for service and it is less than satisfactory I won’t return. I have said before that you should have Mike Stover teach your consultants what good service represent. More

Great service, courteous, knowledgeable employees Team Toyota skillfully installed a trailer hitch (to which a bike/ski rack is attached) at a very reasonable rate.
