All Service Advisors I have worked with have been excellent - but reason I bought my most recentcar purchase from Team Toyota is Chris Hihn. He always goes the extra mile to ensure my service needs are met. One recommendation for consideration - suggest providing loaner vehicles to make servicing easier for customer. This is what my Lexus dealer does and I don't have to involve my wife or one of my teenage kids to follow or take me to the dealership gor service and itis 20 minutes from my home each way. More
