No attention to details Took the Lexus for state inspection, 60,000 mike maintenance and 4 new tires. Was told that the car would be washed. Invoice total close to $1,000. T Took the Lexus for state inspection, 60,000 mike maintenance and 4 new tires. Was told that the car would be washed. Invoice total close to $1,000. The car was not washed, the new tires had some tags still attached to it; the next day had a tire pressure alert and putting air in it did not fix the problem. Took the car back and the tire pressure valve was replaced BUT the cap was nowhere to be found!! Had to purchase valve cap. More

Length of wait times were absurd The couple times I have been there the service was poor. For a oil change and tire rotation it would take almost 3 hours waiting when I had a schedule The couple times I have been there the service was poor. For a oil change and tire rotation it would take almost 3 hours waiting when I had a scheduled appointment. It was almost as if I was forgotten about. I had a number of my services completely comped because of how long the wait was. Which I found was a kind gesture but makes me wonder if they comp a lot of people’s bills due to wait times which I would consider a loss of money on the companies part More

Go somewhere else for service 1st time here was lied too and took over 2 hrs to rotate tires n give it a look over. 2nd time here took over 2hrs for oil change and look over. Eithe 1st time here was lied too and took over 2 hrs to rotate tires n give it a look over. 2nd time here took over 2hrs for oil change and look over. Either they are very slow or whoever does their appts has no concept how slow they are. I was warned about this place and your bad service. Seeing it 1st hand. More
