complementary service I came in for my first New car complemtary service. I had a tire replaced at 6000 mile and wanted it rotated to the right front. After telling the ser I came in for my first New car complemtary service. I had a tire replaced at 6000 mile and wanted it rotated to the right front. After telling the service desk three times I wanted it rotated to right front . I was told twice tires are rotated front to back. I finally got the service person to write down my request. After the service was performed, I noticed the Tec ignored the written request and rotated the tire the way he wanted. I wanted the newer tire on the right front. After explaining this three times. Listen to why the customer wants something done and follow instructions. More

Do not use for sunroof repair I am updating my original review. Now if I could I would give it double 0. Do not use The Water Doctor who they brought in to "repair" sunroofs. I should note my sunroof is a aftermarket which was sold to me through the dealership when I purchase my vehicle from them brand new. I found out after pay for a diagnostic which they gave me a discount on that my sunroof could not be fix and go to a sunroof repair place. I found out the next day after trying to find someone to repair my sunroof that it was recalled, I would think with a diagnostic it would include checking for that information. More

Poor customer service and even worse communication 2 years ago, drivers side visor broke. Made appt, it was covered due to known defect. Dropped car at scheduled time, service dept called a few hours l 2 years ago, drivers side visor broke. Made appt, it was covered due to known defect. Dropped car at scheduled time, service dept called a few hours later to say that they didnt have part. Had to return a second time to get fixed. A few weeks ago, pass side visor broke. I called and spoke to Sarah, she said it was still covered so I made appt. Dropped off at 730 am for appt., we heard nothing until my wife called st 1230. They hadn't even looked at car yet, 5 hours later! Then they tell us not only is it no longer covered, they dont have the part! Twice they make an appointment for a known defect and dont have the part. Complete waste of our time!! We are getting it fixed at a different toyota dealer and WILL NOT RETURN TO TEAM TOYOTA FOR SERVICE!! More

Great customer service; unfair prices The customer service is great here and the employees are very helpful, but when it comes time for the bill that's where everything goes down hill... t The customer service is great here and the employees are very helpful, but when it comes time for the bill that's where everything goes down hill... they are so expensive compared to other shops... most of the time you can do the service yourself in half the time and cost of labour.
