Relax while you wait! My service call was done while I waited. I appreciated the before estimation and then the actual cost while the car was being evaluated. Staff is very professional but very helpful and pleasant. I had dropped a ring that was of sentimental value to me , and when I checked in with Jill, I asked her to see if it could be retrieved. She advised me that it could be easy or more complicated which would be more costly. Jill reported the findings and cost to me when it had been determined. I told her that I wanted the retrieval done. It was and I went home feeling very positive about the service and the ring! Thanks Team Toyota. More

Nicest Service Dept! Everyone knows you pay more at a dealer than other places but at least this place is always welcoming and nice. The manager cares that customers are happy and it isn't easy when you might have some bad news. I had a lemon of a Toyota on my last run (unlike the 4 prior) and a bit frustrating that it always needed work but they did a great job communicating and letting me know what was up. Note that courtesy shuttle has strict limit of 10 mi. Not really advertised and would have been helpful ahead of time. More
