Staff is very professional but very helpful and pleasant. I had dropped a ring that was of sentimental value to me , and when I checked in with Jill, I asked her to see if it could be retrieved. She advised me that it could be easy or more complicated which would be more costly. Jill reported the findings and cost to me when it had been determined. I told her that I wanted the retrieval done. It was and I went home feeling very positive about the service and the ring! Thanks Team Toyota. More
