Overall ok. Manual errors shd be avoided. I am sure, as part of the checklist, resetting the "maintenance required" must be there. Was missed out in my case. This definitely raises a question if the technician religiously carries out all tasks. How can TEAM assure this? Secondly, it took 5 folllow up calls and 2 visits to meet a finance guy to claim back the warranty money. Need to be more proactive & forthcoming in service industry. More

Great turnaround Numerous issues with service at different times my 1st year. I was ready to find a new dealership.
