Service department seems better than it was a few years ago Had a bit of work done on an older model vehicle and we are very satisfied with the work performed. They did not try to upsell us parts and services that we did not need which is always the most annoying part of having a car serviced. For this reason and because the work seems to have been done very well we will return in the future. If only dealers realized they actually make more money off of you in the long term when they treat you well and don’t take advantage by having you as a repeat customer rather than trying to upsell you a bunch of things you do not need ensuring that you will go somewhere else the next time. Thank you team Toyota for a good experience this time. More

However, this visit was to address an issue instead of normal maintenance so I was a bit apprehensive as to how it well it would be handled. It turns out that I shouldn't have worried. In spite of being very busy, my issue was handled extremely well. It was resolved beyond my expectations and means I will have no hesitation at all doing all my service work at Team Toyota. From the friendliness and efficiency of the valet, to the professionalism and care of the Service Advisor, and most importantly to the end result; I am 100% satisfied. More

Alignment RAV4 I had 4 wheel alignment done and afterwards wheel shook slightly at high speed. Much improved This is my third visit for service. The first time I was there things seemed chaotic and even had my truck finished for an hour or more in the lot wh This is my third visit for service. Totally professional and completely satisfied! I'm not a regular service customer, but when my 2003 Highlander had an issue that needed a dealer, I went back to Team Toyota. (it was Carousel Toyota I'm not a regular service customer, but when my 2003 Highlander had an issue that needed a dealer, I went back to Team Toyota. (it was Carousel Toyota when I bought my Highlander used in 2006.) The organization, courtesy and quick, complete service were still outstanding.
