Watch Out! I have had both excellent experiences and a horrible experience with this dealer. I took a Prius that was on its last legs (194,000 miles) to try a I have had both excellent experiences and a horrible experience with this dealer. I took a Prius that was on its last legs (194,000 miles) to try and get it through inspection in DE. Delaware will not pass a car with problem codes, but until recently the Prius had been running fine. Practically on my way to the dealer the gas engine seemed to lose power, so there may have been serious problems with the car before it got to the dealer. After an evaluation the service team tells me I have a 'leaky' water pump and a bad sensor, $1200. I had been told about the 'leaky' pump before but was never low on water, never overheating so I assumed it was a scam. I was so happy to get the car back on the road for only $1200 I jumped at the deal. When I picked up the car, it was making a new and horrible banging sound, still had no power, still had codes. I took it to Joe & Tony's in Claymont DE by the fire house, and they explained the codes and pronounced the car dead, so expensive to repair that he was just going to charge me for the evaluation and recommend I junk the car. I don't think Team Toyota sabotaged the car, only my wallet. They installed what I believe is a fictional water pump and an irrelevant sensor for a ton of money into a dead car. While Team Toyota of Glen Mills fixed all of my problems with no hassles in just one day. Joe Krupiak, Jillian Joy and Amanda Goffney assisted me, and because of them my family and I are always going to go to Glen Mills for service. I will happily drive an extra thirty minutes knowing that I will get great service. More
