I own or have owned several Toyota/Lexus vehicles (’02 Highlander, ’04 RX330, ’04 Sienna, ’09 Camry Hybrid) that were serviced at Carousel Toyota since 2005. The services have included major routine service (every 15,000 miles), warranty and recalls, out-of-warranty repairs and even some body work. I have always found that the service work was done right with qualified service technicians and genuine Toyota parts. They have a great loaner-car program if you need to leave your car at the shop for a day or more. Carousel’s customer care has always been top-notch and their price is competitive with most independent service garages in the area. The only vehicle service that I have done outside of Carousel is routine oil changes at my local service station, warranty work on my Lexus vehicle and replacement tires. I would highly recommend Carousel Toyota for all Toyota and Lexus vehicle repair and maintenance services. More
I was leaving my office for the evening, when I went to start my car. Although the car battery never turned over, all of the lights on the dash were lit and I couldn't figure out what was happening. As it turned out, the battery in my '09 Venza blew up and there was battery acid all over the engine compartment, along with a terrible smell and smoke coming from the positive cable on the battery. The acid ate right through the cable! I called the dealership and they had a prompt for emergency service and so I pressed the option #, Mike Stover answered the phone, I expalined the situation and that I would not be able to drive the car home. He gave me the number for their tow service, whom I called, and had the car towed directly to the dealership. I received a call the next morning that my car was ready for pick-up. I never encounted an experience like that before and am so glad that the dealership had a prompt for emergencies and that I was able to get the guidance from Mike. Wonderful experience. Called and scheduled to have car repaired. Told to do a check list before bring in as to help me know for sure if I even needed work done. They could have put anything on a piece of paper and had me paid whatever they asked . They did not do that. The service was good, the dealership was clean, the employees friendly, and waiting room was on the order of a luxury hotel. Next time I will wait there for sure. More
I've had my Sequoia for 193,000 miles now...bought it at Carousel and only get it serviced there. I've never had a negative experience there. My Toyota 4 Runner just turned over 200,000 miles. It is 13 years old now (1999) I have gotten the best service ever from Carousel Toyota in Concordville. My first set of brakes was at 121,000 miles and I am only on my third set of tires for this vehicle. Alan Geesey has been the best service rep I have ever had. He constantly goes over and above when it comes to service. He has even picked up my car at my home, taken it in for service and delivered it back to my house the same day. (of Course he likes my 4 Runner). Everyone asks when I am getting a new vehicle. I don't need one at the moment but it certainly would be a Toyota because of the price, service, and dependability that they offer. More

I find Carousel Toyota of Glen Mils a fantastic dealership and auto repair. I have purchased both of my Prius cars from here. The sales person was great and the service to the Prius cars was bey dealership and auto repair. I have purchased both of my Prius cars from here. Appointments were prompt, workers left the care clean, the work done on the car was explained in terms I could understand. Most of all I was pleased with the courteousness and friendly attitude of all who worked in auto repair. I like the team concept and know that those who worked on my car were trained and did a great job of repairs and general maintance. More

Drive a 05 Toyota/Scion TC. Not sure if its the manufacturer or service staff but my car´s servicing bills are extremely low compared to Conicelli (place of purchase) and Central City Toyota (a com manufacturer or service staff but my car´s servicing bills are extremely low compared to Conicelli (place of purchase) and Central City Toyota (a complete rip off). The car has 120k miles and runs like new. Since Toyota makes the most boring cars they need to seriously consider expanding the franchise by adding another manufacture (like Subaru) and use the same service people! More
