Friendly and efficient When I was buying my Toyota van, I first went to Conicelli in Springfield, which is much closer to me. They gave me the feeling of oily shysters. My experiences with both the service department and the body shop always give me confidence that I'm in the right place. Even if it's a distance away, I highly recommend Team Toyota to all consumers. Wife Taken advantage of My wife took a 2 year old Sienna in bought at Team Toyota and was told all four tires with less than 25k miles needed to be replaced. Got charged $130 My wife took a 2 year old Sienna in bought at Team Toyota and was told all four tires with less than 25k miles needed to be replaced. Got charged $1300 including a $50 courtesy discount. No mention of bumper to bumper warranty etc. I called multiple times to inquire and have continually be given run around. Still waiting for reply. Separately received mail offering us $200 to not sue since we were overcharged on original Sienna purchase. Have been customer for over a decade and bought prior Sienna there. Sad to see how far things have slipped. Not sure next steps but certainly would appreciate the courtesy of the promised response. More

Not sure if they know what they re doing In for the 20,000 mile check up and a problem with my dash/radio lights just getting brighter and dimmer for no reason. Told them I'd drop it off only In for the 20,000 mile check up and a problem with my dash/radio lights just getting brighter and dimmer for no reason. Told them I'd drop it off only because it takes 2hrs plus for them to go over the vehicle and do either a oil change or a tire rotation. Figured this would take all day. It took 5 hrs. Told them when I bought it there was an electrical problem with the charger and now this with the lights. As far as the charger I Was told to buy a new phone charger but I found a bad fuse. Im not a mechanic either. Picked up the car after they had it for 5 hrs and told they can't find anything wrong. I was told to bring it right in when it happens so they could look at it. It has happened 3 times at nite after they are closed. Great service yet again. After the 25,000 mile coverage, I will take it to a real mechanic. Can't have my headlights go out next and them say we can't find anything wrong. I know others who have stopped going here because of problems not getting found. More

I saw Mike write and green hylight in synthetic oil change on the work order and accept the inspection coupon. At checkout I realized the inspection was a regular price. Mike and Chris fixed it with a future credit. When I got home I saw the oil used was standard not synthetic. This also happened last inspection and we corrected that day. This time I chose not to complain. I like your service team and will return. More
