She bought a certified vehicle from Team Toyota, which offers a free state inspection and oil change. It made sense to get it inspected at their service center. Her appt was at 8am the day before the holiday. Four hours later and $470 poorer she explained to me that she had agreed to the following add'l work . . . fuel injection flush, replaced cabin air filter, replaced air filter, installed A/C power foam & auto refresher, and adjustment to the rear brakes. They sounded really necessary to her. I think the service rep took advantage of her innocence and the proximity of the holiday. My daughter knew she only had one day home from school and it was now or never. I considered all this additional work as unnecessary. I only scheduled her car for a state inspection, oil change and rotation of tires. I also wanted them to perform the EOM recall on her vehicle. It took them four hours and $345 in labor costs. Her money could have been better spent and I am very disappointed. More

I pu After a previously pleasant experience and an unfortunate total loss accident, I went back to Team Toyota to replace my (now totaled) 2013 Camry. I purchased the same car color and trim, a 2014.5 XLE. Unfortunately, this car has had two issues and the dealer has done nothing to rectify the issue, telling me to "come back to service" again and again, three times so far. My first issue was a loud clattering in the trunk area (passenger side). This has not been resolved. Despite a replacement of the headliner foam and the license plate foam, this has done nothing to resolve the issue and the technicians apparently do not understand that the sound is coming from the trunk's passenger side, not the headliner, and not the license plate. Additionally, the plastic covering the steering wheel column came off while I was driving, impairing my ability to hit the brake and nearly causing a serious accident. The incompetence of the service techs at the dealership is truly astonishing, and while dealership employees and management are all nice when you come in to purchase the vehicle, the dealership will not take responsibility after they make the sale, will not stand behind what they sell, and will be downright mean to you. My advice would be to look elsewhere and to a dealership that actually values your business, not only prior to sale but after. Do not buy from this terrible dealership. More

Even though it was a distance from our home, they were heads above anyone else. Can't cay enough about their operation and their top salesman, Tom Mellon, a former police officer who really knows his stuff. Personable, detail oriented, caring, and QUICK. Our Third purchase from Team Toyota Langhorne Here I Am again, letting everyone know that we just finished our third purchase of a RAV4 for wife. After bringing home our daughters RAV4, Cheryl my Here I Am again, letting everyone know that we just finished our third purchase of a RAV4 for wife. After bringing home our daughters RAV4, Cheryl my wife really like the style, comfort, and safety of the RAV4. We had a Camry and believe me what a great sedan, but wife wanted a RAV4 after driving Danny's. So with hat in hand I went back to the dealership and see what was in the inventory. Needless to say I bought home a RAV4 for the wife, again Mike (MAC) did everything to see that we got the RAV4 that Cheryl would like. Again I won't go anywhere else for a vehicle and tell family and friends that this is where you are treated fairly and not just another sale. And Greg in finance who handled the paperwork was outstanding. Thank you again Team More

Rich took the time to ask me what I was looking for (used and affordable) I went a few months ago to look to buy a car, so I checked out Team Toyota. Rich took the time to ask me what I was looking for (used and affordable) and brought up several great options for me. Unfortunately, at the time, I couldn't purchase. Rich stayed patient with me the entire time, and did not try to pressure me into buying. I went back to Team this weekend and immediately asked for Rich. He showed me one car that I was slightly interested, then showed me another option. It was affordable and aesthetically pleasing. After some time, which Rich worked non-stop to take care of what I needed, I drove off the lot with a 2009 Saturn Aura. Rich called me 3 days later just to check in on me, and he was just as pleasant as day one. Like I said, I asked for him for a reason. More
A great and painless experience! I had not bought a car in years, and I was quite nervous about test driving and possibly buying a car that I had seen on TT's website. It turned out I had not bought a car in years, and I was quite nervous about test driving and possibly buying a car that I had seen on TT's website. It turned out to be not only painless, but very pleasant! The car itself (a used Jeep Liberty) was everything I had hoped for, and was in pristine condition. But the best part was the very courteous and informative salesman, Richard Magaziner. He answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns, not just about the Jeep, but also about insurance for the Jeep and my current car.. He even went out of his way to go onto the Penndot website to print something that showed my new address, which wasn't yet on my driver's license. I also have to say that Mr. Magaziner was not pushy and obnoxious, like some car salespeople I have endured in the past. He was friendly and helpful. So I am VERY SATISFIED with my experience and I would definitely recommend both TT of Langhorne and Mr. Magaziner to anyone I know who wants to buy a new or used car. More

He ensured that Danielle received all the time, courtesy, attention she required in purchasing her very OWN Rav4. This is the very first car that Danielle purchased on her own. The team again came through and very step of the process was handled perfectly, she is extremely happy with the RAV4 and the total deal. As a father I couldn't be more pleased too. OMG! What a feeling!! TOYOTA!!! 2014 Avalon Hybrid LTD Sale I just want to start out and let you all know after the 2 previous Certified Pre-Owns I have bought in the past 1 year and 3 months that this dealersh I just want to start out and let you all know after the 2 previous Certified Pre-Owns I have bought in the past 1 year and 3 months that this dealership brings back that old fashion professionalism and new extraordinary customer experience to the table. I started out buying a 2010 Camry XLE silver fully loaded with a V6 which design and comfort options was outstanding. But being I live in Philadelphia the stop and go traffic is horrendous and I dare not say how bad the MPG was for me for a year of owning that car. Then I got a 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE and loved the MPG from that but it was a lower option XLE and just didn't have that comfort and premium that the 2010 Camry XLE V6 had. This dealership got me into my dream car. I know a lot of people have their own perception of what they want but I have to say the Avalon redesign in my taste out weighs even the Lexus 300 series line up. Has more comfort family options like heated rear seats and climate control and intuitive touch screen which delivers fast and quick interface. The ride even on this car is more planted and steering is sterner which the drive experience is excellent because of that. People have misconception of the hybrids they deliver immediate acceleration without feeling guilty on burning wasted gas excessively. They require less maintenance for break replacement between 80-120k miles and taxi in NYC have surpassed 270k miles without replacing hybrid component batteries. Also the frequency of oil changes is between 5,000-10,000 miles. Sorry if this sounds like a sale talk but do some homework on this and you will be pleasantly surprised how good the Toyota Synergy Hybrid System delivers. Now for the sales staff and customer experience. I chose this dealership because I came here a little over a year ago looking for a Certified Pre-Own 2010-2011 Camry (James Donahue). Because of the sales experience of how well knowledgeable the staff is here and the professional courtesy they deliver it made me want to come back and buy my first new car from them. Jesse is a fine gentleman very well mannered and highly knowledgeable. The best part is his youthfulness delivers the enthusiasm and positive reinforcement to be delighted to buy from him. He's not pushy and he listens very well to your needs and stays focused. If your looking for that sales experience that excites and delights come see Jesse and comes with a dash of resilience. He never gave up on what I wanted. He didn't try to steer away from what I needed. He listened and followed through like a real trooper. Jerry Minghetti also assisted with the sale and he delivered the attention of a true sales manager. He evaluates and explains everything patiently and sympathetically tries his best to make it happen. Scott Lamb also delivered one of the best finance experiences I have never experienced before. The first dealership I went to sorry to say but the lady started to raise her voice about the warranty and I actually ran out of the dealership and almost left because I felt mistreated. I explained to her I'm co-signing to finance and I have this budget to follow. Not with Scott he was fast and very calm and cool and shared some personal stories about his experience in buying cars. Then the second finance rep for the 2012 Camry he got frustrated for something the sales person didn't ask me previously. He required him to be there but I was never told about this and he got accept with me not knowing which I thought wasn't thinking I would need my cosigner if I own the car and paying it off. As for saving the best for last. Keven Stroble the general Manager made the deal happened and I owe him a lifetime of business for this. I'm not a cheap person I believe in you get what you pay for philosophy with electronics or anything I purchase. But due to my recently being laid off from AT&T after 7 years due to cutbacks on retail operations and limited availability of job openings I opted to leave. To be honest I'm looking for a new experience since retail operations isn't my first love but sales. "Excitement Breeds Excitement" and that's what Team Toyota delivered. They work methodically well together and they all project a positive and supportive ensemble of professionalism and courtesy a customer wants to be bathed in. I didn't deserve this discount but needed it, they gave it to me in good faith and being how horrible 2013 was for me my one passion was to get into the right car and move forward with my life. Kevin bless your soul you have given me the esteem and confidence back after a long and hard 2013 with this 2014 Avalon Limited. It truly fits my personality of cushioned and comfort and accommodating hearth. Just as much as I love state farm for the past 13 years for highly experienced and customer savvy I look forward into giving you business for a lifetime. So if your looking for that above and beyond customer expectation look no further Team Toyota is the place for me. Take it from someone who has been in retail business for over 20 years. You won't find a more smoother and pleasantly surprisingly experience in buying a new car anywhere else. They respect what your needs are and available assets they don't judge you or condemn you they are a overlooking the middle madness and working to push the resolve kind of dealership. I can't even count how many other dealerships just rudely disconnect from you if they don't like what they hear. Not here they strive for that high five experience.
