We had an excellent experience with Team Toyota in Langhorne, PA. Our sales associate (Craig Brauer) was persistent, but not pesky. We initially made contact with the dealer through the Toyota.com website -- Craig respected our request for email communication. Once we scheduled an appoint to meet with him, Craig proved to be very honest, forthright and trustworthy. We took a test drive in a 2011 model and then a 2012 for comparison (different engine to compare 4-cyl v. 6 cyl) and then we discussed current promotions and deals for 2011 models. I had already done research online and I was familiar with models and options. Basically, I knew pretty much what I wanted when I walked into the dealership -- RAV4 Sport. After the test drive we were undecided between the Sport and Limited model. They had a RAV4 Limited model in stock that we were able to see and it met almost all of our specifications -- the only concern I had initially is that it was black and I had never considered/desired a black vehicle! Once I saw the model, I was sold on the color, interior and the various options. The leather interior, sun roof, keyless entry, Bluetooth, etc were all bonus amentities that were not originally on our wish list. We were able to work with Craig & colleagues to get a good deal, with Toyota incentives, on a new vehicle. We compared the purchase versus lease options and choose to lease for 36 months. My dad has a Toyota Camry V6 already, but I would whole heartedly refer any family member or friend to Craig Brauer at Team Toyota in Langhorne. Crais is honest and trustworthy and he will earn your respect! More

I purchased a new Toyota camry XLE 2012 by trading my 2008 corolla. I got an O.K. deal for trade-in. I was looking for leather seats but the car did not have it. Jason was very knowlegable, friendly and very willing to work with us. It was however a very long day spent at Team. Also, after we decided to purchase the car, Jason explained thoroughly different options we could buy such as the coating package etc. When we met with the financing gentleman, even though he said we will get you out of here soon, he again proceeded to explain all of those options again even though we told him we declined when Jason explained everything. He then just rattled on and on. That did prolong the process. Otherwise we drove out of Team with a beautiful new Camry thanks to Jason! More
