My husband had been researching new crossover vehicles for a few weeks and we had decided to look at the Toyota Venza, based on the features and reliability. Sharon Bess really was very helpful, patient and extremely courteous in attempting to find the closest match to our requirements. She spent hours over a period of 2-3 days and we were finally able to settle on a new Venza. The Sales Manager Ray Costa and all other staff that we came in contact with were very courteous and helpful in addressing questions about the vehicle, and warranty. We were impressed with the knowledge of all we came in contact with and most importantly, did not feel pressured at any time, as we had in other dealerships. WE are thrilled with our new vehicle and hope it brings us much pleasure and reliability in the coming years! The service department is also very well staffed and feels like a lounge with wi-fi, sandwich shop/cafereria and children's play area, so if you need to wait for service on your vehicle it is very comfortable. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. Any time I went there (three times to look at the same vehicle!), they went out of their way to help me. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and helped me get my shiny new truck! Ray, the manager, was always close by to help with the numbers and make sure I was happy with my decision. One day when I dropped by randomly while Sharon was with another customer, everyone in the building (even random people in the Finance department) went out of their way to help me! They located the car wanted to see (I brought my dad along to take a look at my new car) and had it brought around for me. It was very impressive how everyone jumped in and made it easy to look at what I wanted! Also, Dennis, in finance, went over everything for me with the numbers and really helped me understand the ins and outs of what I was signing. Overall, the team at Team Toyota Scion in Langhorne, PA really was a pleasure to work with and I am very excited that I decided to purchase my new Rav4 from them! I traveled over 300 miles to take advantage of the internet prices offered at Team Toyota. They had several certified used vehicles to choose from.
