My one issue was that when I turned in the rental after they had my car for several days I was told it was complimentary and then got sent a bill for it later. I don't mind paying for something like that, but at least give me the courtesy of a call to explain that a mistake was made and I should have been charged for it. Don't just send me a bill when you discover the mistake. When I walked out the door I thought I was given a complementary rental car because I spent nearly $1700. More
