I have had the same service writer for three separate visits and every time she did all she could to make sure all my concerns were fully addressed and resolved. Found the car I wanted and car dealer both excellent. My sales resprsentstive was Steve Vita. I have been to many car dealers and talked with many salesmen and Steve is by far the best. Unable to reach Service consultant The 10,000 mile free multi-point check was done in a quick manner. I received shuttle service after I dropped-off my vehicle, which was good. I wanted The 10,000 mile free multi-point check was done in a quick manner. I received shuttle service after I dropped-off my vehicle, which was good. I wanted my car to be dropped off at my home after the service was done but was told by the service manager-- Brian Peters, that there were not enough drivers that day for that. Instead, he offered to send the shuttle again and pick me up from home, so that I can drive back my vehicle, which was wonderful. However, following is the reason why I have given just a three star. I received a call at about 2.40 pm that my car was ready and a shuttle would come shortly to pick me up from home (located 3 miles away). When the shuttle didn't come until 4.00 pm, I called twice to get in touch with the Service Consultant who was assigned to me that day. I couldn't reach him both the times even after holding the call for over five minutes each time. When I finally arrived at the Team Toyota office, I again had to wait for over five minutes for someone to attend since my service consultant was not there, and the other few available consultants were busy with their customers. Later I came to know that my service consultant had left for the day, which is okay as long as someone else had been briefed about the issues that I had informed my consultant to check in the car. Your services can get a five star rating if these issues can be addressed. More
